Article L616-2 of the consumer code states:

“Where applicable, the consumer will also be informed of the measures taken to implement article 14 of regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 21st of May 2013 on online consumer dispute resolution and amending regulation (EEC) no. 2006/2004 and directive no. 2009/22/EC (regulation on online consumer dispute resolution).”

Article 14 of regulation no. 524/2013 of the 21st of May 2013 on online consumer dispute resolution states:

“1. Professionals established in the Union participating in online sales or service contracts and online marketplaces established in the Union will include, on their website, an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform. This link is easily accessible to consumers. Professionals established in the Union participating in online sales or service contracts will also indicate their email address.”
